Any special shipping instructions & directions should be included under "Comments" during the checkout process. Shipments will be sent using standard ground rates unless you request otherwise. See "Rates" below.
UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box. Therefore, orders placed using P.O. Box numbers can only be sent via the United States Postal Service.

*Shipping costs based on weight per item will be calculated during checkout.

LARGE PACKAGES: Boxes are considered a "large package" when the size exceeds 130 inches (330 cm) in length and girth combined. These packages require special handling and fall into an upgraded shipping category. Shipping for these items will be noted in the product description. Costs will be estimated and you will be contacted with actual figures before your card is charged and the item is shipped.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted with authorization only. Please contact us at 302-322-9353 within 30 days of purchase, providing the item name and number, date of purchase, and reason for return. Returns should be clearly labeled and sent in their original packaging if possible.
